  I have had an incredible experience with Verizon today thanks to Ryan Martin. He spent a lot of valuable time with me and explained my opt and advised what is the best for me. My old phone was completely dead but he was able to restore and transfer my data to a new phone. No high pressure sales pitches but simple, honest information presented professionally. I am the owner of a wonderful phone and tablet and am most gratefully impressed.
